Under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997, a tenant may arrange for urgent repairs to be carried out on the rented premises. In the event of an an emergency, where you require a tradesperson outside of our normal working hours, please refer to the below list of approved tradespeople.

In the event of storm or flood damage in a natural disaster please contact the State Emergency Service on 132 500.
If urgent repairs are carried out, please notify our office on
property@little.com.au as soon as possible to advise. Please note, effective from 1 September 2011, legislation states that tenants may be liable for urgent repair costs exceeding $1,800.00.
Non-urgent repairs should be reported directly to your Asset Manager, preferably in writing.
